The Tunnel Forgotten By Time
Hidden near Australia’s oldest lighthouse, etched into the side of a shear cliff face approximately 30 meters down sits a forgotten military tunnel dating back to World War II. The purpose of the tunnel is yet to be confirmed, however there are numerous theories that surround the wartime tunnel, the most credible being that it was used as a searchlight emplacement / observation point.
